This means you’re not tied to a device or where your practice management software is installed.
So, if you’re updating a customer’s notes on the PC or want to include a photo in the notes then you can do it.
If you want to work from home or a different location then you can do it.
All your customer details, notes and other information will still be available to you.
The application uses powerful servers on a main internet trunk line in Auckland so you’ll get good response times and service.
They’re physical, not shared, servers so they’re secure with a guaranteed 99.99% uptime.

This means your costs are based on the people who provide income for the business – access for receptionists, admin staff, etc is free !
Once you’ve paid the license fee then the only other cost is for sending texts (15 cents per 160 characters and you don’t have send texts if you don’t want to).
There are no hidden or add-on costs even if you want to make use of Website Bookings, the Xero interface, etc.

When you login to Cloud Appointments each morning your systen will automatically take advantage of any changes
– you don’t have do anything more. (But you may receive an email detailing the changes.)
We understand that your data is the lifeblood of your business and we work hard to ensure that it’s secure and private.
All data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted.
Anyone listening to the data being sent and received cannot read your information. (Notice the Secure padlock in the web browser address bar.)
Account login security is controlled using industry standard Microsoft software.
Cloud Appointments runs on dedicated physical (not virtual) servers which we do not share.

Your personal information will not be shared with anyone without your express permission.
We will not sell or rent your name or personal information to any third party.
We do not sell, rent or provide outside access to any data we store.
Only personal information that’s required for you to access and use our services will be collected.
Any data that a you store on Cloud Appointments is wholly owned by your business.
We like to keep our clients happy but sometimes circumstances and business requirements change.
At any time a client is free to take a copy of their data and leave.
Or simply ask us and we will delete your data and your system from Cloud Appointments.
There won’t be a fuss if you decide to move on but we will be sad to see you go.
