Often you’ll find yourself writing almost the same letter, prescription, or other document but for a different client.
To help with this we’ve provided a series of default document templates for commonly printed or emailed output.
When a document template specified for an output it determines the format, text and the data used to create the output.
So by changing the document template used you can change the ouput to be what you want.
The supplied default document templates can be copied and customised to suit.
Or you can create your own templates from scratch, perhaps based on your current reports ?
For instance, the default invoice document template specifies how your invoices will look (as over).
It determines what business and invoice information is included in the invoice and more.
If you want to redesign how your invoices look then you can.
